Cancellation Policy
There is a 5-minute grace period for small services and a 10-minute grace period for larger services. If you do not arrive within the grace period, your scheduled service(s) may have to be shortened or rescheduled entirely.
We understand that life happens and just ask that we do our best to respect each other’s time and communicate openly. NO FEE IS CHARGED FOR RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING WITH 24HRS NOTICE. A 50% FEE will be charged to your card on file for any no-shows.
